In the organizer's words:

Chance Wayne has spent his life trying to become a successful actor in order to win over Boss Finley, the father of his childhood sweetheart Heavenly. But as time goes on and his youth fades, this seems less and less likely - until he meets movie star Alexandra Del Lago. She flees from her supposedly failed comeback together with Chance to his hometown and is supposed to help him not only with his career, but also with his reconciliation with Heavenly. With music, sex and drugs, Chance and Alexandra hold on to each other, give hope and fall down. Meanwhile, right-wing populist Boss Finley, backed by a criminal youth organization, preaches hate and agitation. A chase begins: for Chance, for lost time and eternal youth.
