At Günthersburgpark: A fusion of South American rhythms and singer-songwriter pop

“Chili Sowieso—Music Between Worlds” is a fusion of South American rhythms and singer-songwriter pop in Spanish and German.
The band is led by Isabel Jasse and Dante Poligritte, two singer-songwriters who come from different cultural backgrounds—Dante is from Argentina, and Isabel is from Germany. And yet, besides their love of music, there is much more that connects the two:
Isabel spent her childhood in Bolivia, while Dante has been living in Germany for several years.
Drawing from both cultures, they weave a colorful musical tapestry—featuring original compositions as well as renditions of folk songs—and take the audience on a journey: to exotic instruments and rhythms, inspiring lyrics, and lively melodies.
Through their music, they show that different cultural worlds can only enrich one another—and that this gives rise to an entirely new world that’s a whole lot of fun!
They are accompanied by Gabriel Espinoza (Ecuador) on percussion and bass.
