Social Mapping 2026
A nationwide project by Oscar Murillo

On the occasion of Oscar Murillo's current exhibition Collective Osmosis at DAS MINSK in Potsdam (March 14-August 9, 2026), we cordially invite you to the Ludwig Forum for a collective drawing session, the result of which will become part of a collaborative artwork.

Under the title Social Mapping, Murillo has been initiating these sessions since 2024 as a tribute to the community spirit expressed through drawing and marking. During the exhibition period in Potsdam, the project will take place nationwide. Participants can draw and doodle freely on a blank canvas with fountain pens, pencils, wax crayons and ballpoint pens. At the end of the session, the canvases will be sent to DAS MINSK in Potsdam, where they will be brought together with material from all over the world.

The project will take place at the Ludwig Forum from June 23-28, 2026. Participants of all ages are welcome. Participation is free of charge, canvas and drawing materials will be provided.
