Resilienz-Forum "Mental stark durch die Krise!"

In the organizer's words:

Digital change, a shortage of skilled workers and work intensification are noticeably changing the world of work. Added to this is a tense economic situation that is currently challenging many companies. How can organizations remain efficient even in times of increasing stress?

And what role does resilience, the ability to cope with crises and changes while remaining healthy and able to act, play? The AOK Rheinland/Hamburg Resilience Forum provides companies with answers to these questions.

During a keynote speech, the participating companies will learn how entire organizations can work on their resilience, what role leadership, culture and communication play in this, how resilience-promoting structures can be built sustainably and how psychological security in the team can be strengthened
