Off Script: Lesung mit Judith Baumgärtner

Judith Baumgärtner (no pronouns) lives in Cologne and works in the fields of process facilitation, inclusive education, and art therapy. Judith also works as a freelance writer and zine artist. Judith’s work creates and preserves spaces for creativity, transformation, and human connection.

The event will be moderated by Sandra Karangwa (she/her). She is a trainer, speaker, moderator, and activist with many years of experience in anti-racism and empowerment work. From a power-critical and anti-racist perspective, she independently leads educational programs and advocates for social transformation through resistant, intersectional approaches.

This event is part of “Off Script,” a series of events within the Spotlights program of Manifesta 16 Ruhr. The Spotlights program is developed in collaboration with local institutions, initiatives, and stakeholders in the region. It focuses on the perspectives of people whose daily lives are shaped by experiences of discrimination. Through participatory formats, the program creates spaces for community, exchange, and empowerment through creative forms of expression.
