Die Oase, eine listening party

This space came about quite naturally during a summer festival, in a hidden garden on the way to Kreuzstraße. Someone sought refuge from the noise; someone else followed. What began as a place of silence and shared solitude while listening to melancholic and complex music became a space for listening, for questions and answers, where five strangers eventually recognized themselves in one another. The Listening Party serves as a place of intimate connection between strangers, where one listens and is heard, and where, in community, we are reminded of what it means to be human. The richness of this experience has encouraged us to bring it to life once again.

We’ll pose questions to the group. What comes back may move you, surprise you, calm you… and reveal a lot about yourself.
