This mindfulness workshop offers regeneration, mental and physical strengthening as well as peace and reflection - space for new insights. Leave the demands of everyday life behind you and draw strength from the stillness of the moment.

The workshop combines a variety of methods in a unique way: We will learn various meditation techniques that enable a vacation in the mind. The result of regular practice is a peaceful and clear mind. Yoga exercises and breathing practice in the fresh air support a healthy and mindful approach to the body. Advanced mindfulness exercises promote our mindful interaction and sharpen our sense of community.

We use the wisdom of millennia-old traditions to cultivate our mindfulness together and learn how it can be a constant companion for mental balance in everyday life.

With its historic gardens, the Lapidarium offers a special setting for our outdoor mindfulness workshop. Surrounded by sculptures and nature, we experience soothing movement, peace and balance in a unique atmosphere.

In case of rain, the workshop will be postponed to one of the following dates or - if no other date is available - canceled. A refund is only possible if you are unable to attend the remaining dates.
