Clothing Swap – How It Works 
Bring up to 10 clean, well-maintained items of clothing to the store and drop them off at the reception desk, where our team will inspect them. Items that don’t meet our standards will be returned to you. For the clothing we accept, you can choose new items in exchange. You don’t have to do a 1:1 swap with us.  

You have more than 10 items of clothing you’d like to bring in? No problem—just contact the team or Klimazone in advance (kontakt@klimazone-findorff.de or 0421–378 435 84).

You don’t have anything to trade, but would like something from the store? No problem—for a small fee, you can take items home. The money collected is used to fund our free services, cover necessary purchases, and pay for operating costs.  

Please take any clothing that isn’t accepted back with you and don’t just leave items outside our door when the store is closed. We run the store on a volunteer basis and can’t take care of disposing of your items.
