Attention: No speed dating, no cringe, no games. Just an event to have fun, but only with singles. Worst case scenario: you just had a good time, a good workout, great music and a few drinks.

What to expect at Hyrox Training:

Workout: The workout has been specially adapted to our concept and you will change partners several times during the workout. This allows you to get to know different people during the Hyrox.

Professional coach: The workout is led and accompanied by a certified Hyrox coach - so you are in the best hands.

Level: The workout is suitable for all fitness levels and can be the perfect introduction to the world of Hyrox for you.

Goodies: All Hyrox participants will receive 1 Protein Barebells bar and 1 Nocco drink for free after the workout.

Focus on socializing: After the workout you are welcome to chat a bit and then meet up again at the rooftop party in the evening.

Limited tickets: The course is strictly limited in order to keep the quality of the workout high.

Signature drink: Our signature drink "PLUM NOIR" is available all evening for just €7.50 (non-alcoholic also possible).

Various Connecting Spaces: If you like it a little quieter, you are welcome to move inside and make yourself comfortable in the lounge.

Capacity: We have space for 220 singles.
