Growing Class (Fortgeschrittene)

Interested in growing a little during your yoga practice? Then you've come to the right place!

Welcome to the Growing Class ...
In this class format it is an advantage if you already have some yoga experience. This is only because I teach this class in a more flowing way & more in the style of a Hatha Flow or Vinyasa class. Therefore, there is not always time for a detailed alignment as in the Starter Class, for example.

You practise more independently and perhaps already follow the rhythm of your own breath. And this is often only possible when you no longer have to look so closely when I announce a particular asana.

There will certainly be one or two more challenging asanas, although I don't generally see this as an exclusion criterion - it's important to understand that you can always adapt an asana to suit you and your body. After all, it should also be part of the Growing Class to face one or the other new experience ... because we want to be open to new things & grow with them!
