Freitagskonzerte: Die Utopisten
In the organizer's words:
Dreams, rage against the world, declarations of love, and cognitive dissonance—that’s Die Utopisten from the eastern suburbs of Fürth, Nuremberg. The band was only formed in January 2025, so they’re still new to the scene—but they have a clear goal: there needs to be more German-language songs about everything that makes up life, from the search for meaning to Sunday strolls.
Their performances are a wild mix of dramatically delivered crazy songs, stand-up comedy, troublemaking, and uninhibited rowdiness—always somewhere between depth and total mayhem. Armed with a “love cannon,” blue lights, and tea candles, they’re ready for any setting—whether it’s a living room concert or a big stage. After all, they’re utopians—and thus, of course, megalomaniacs. Sasa Batnozic (songwriting / vocals / guitar), Daniel Corriger (vocals / guitar)
