Artificial intelligence is transforming many areas of our lives and opening up new possibilities in medicine as well. It is already being used in radiology in particular, for example in the analysis of medical imaging data. AI technologies can analyze X-rays, CT scans, and MRI images or, for example, detect even the smallest tissue changes, thereby helping to improve or speed up diagnoses. The lecture by Prof. Julian Caspers (Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf & University Hospital Düsseldorf) explains the potential that AI offers for radiology and how it can be used in this field today and in the future.
