Festival de la Musique

Due to the high temperatures forecast for Saturday, June 27, the Institut Français Mannheim’s Festival de la Musique and the Mannheim Music School’s Big Band Festival on Mannheim’s Kapuzinerplanken have been canceled. The safety and health of all visitors, artists, and staff are our top priority.
We ask for your understanding regarding this decision and thank everyone involved for their consideration. We will provide information about a possible alternative date for the “Festival de la Musique” in due course.
Anyone looking to escape the heat is warmly welcome at the Institut Français Mannheim during regular opening hours. Our air-conditioned rooms are open to visitors for reading, browsing, working, or simply relaxing.
