In the exhibition “Agriculture and Food,” we explore the fascinating question of how carbon dioxide, water, and solar energy are transformed into the superpower glucose and oxygen. Along the way, we also discover the role that small animals and microorganisms play in the soil ecosystem and consider what all of this means for modern agriculture.
