EI-EI-EI-WAS-SEH-ICH-DA?

In the organizer's words:

EI-EI-EI-WHAT-DO-I-SEE-THERE?

An exhibition by twelve students from the Schmidt class at the Kunstakademie Münster.

Different artistic positions, visual languages and spaces of thought meet on two levels. Without a fixed central theme, an open juxtaposition of works emerges that revolve less around a common narrative than around individual perspectives. Between painting, installation, object and experimental approaches, insights into current issues and forms of expression open up.

The title is less of a guideline than an invitation: a light, perhaps tongue-in-cheek introduction to an exhibition that thrives on discovery. Like a brief look through a keyhole, moments of recognition, irritation or closeness arise.
