A journey - a space of authenticity, genuine encounters, expression, connection and arriving in the here and now.

Together you create 🌀 for yourself and with others - a powerful, high-vibrational field in which you give your inner being the opportunity to move without following set steps.

It's all about opening yourself up to the rhythm and music and allowing your body to express and embody itself in an intuitive way. To welcome your feelings with everything that is there and to dance yourself into trance and ecstasy, carried by the music that supports you and accompanies you in the flow.

In this protected and safe space, you can simply dance freely and discover, explore and transform the beauty that lies within.

What you can expect:
We will open the circle together. We will then move into dance via a warm-up (guided embodiment) by Darja - accompanied by live ecstatic dance DJ Yarun Dee from the Netherlands, who will be joining us.

Before we close the circle together again, a sound journey (sound bath) with Afsaneh will take place after the dance to integrate what we have experienced.

Our rules:
🔥 No drugs, no alcohol
🔥 No cell phones/cameras
🔥 We do not talk to each other verbally
🔥 We respect each other's space
🔥 We dance barefoot/with socks

Arrival:
Come at 15:45 to arrive in the space in peace. We start at 16:00; the doors will be closed from this time.

What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes in which you feel comfortable and can move well! Also bring a bottle of water! (Optionally a yoga mat, a small cushion and a blanket for the Sound Journey).
