In the organizer's words:
Bastian loves books - they are his refuge from a lonely everyday life. When he discovers a mysterious book, he is drawn into the world of Phantásia. It is threatened by the all-devouring Nothingness and only a human child can save the Childlike Empress. Together with Atréju and the lucky dragon Fuchur, Bastian confronts will-o'-the-wisps, rock biters and racing snails - and discovers the power to change his life and Phantásia.
