In Co-Creation Flow, you bring a topic from your everyday work that you’d like to explore from new perspectives.

• an idea you’d like to explore further

• a challenge for which you’re looking for a solution

• a decision for which you’d like feedback

- Support because you’re feeling uncertain about your business idea right now

Together, we’ll tackle your topic. Along the way, you’ll also learn methods and constructive ways of interacting with others that you can apply within your own team or organization.

Just bring a topic that’s as specific as possible—one that’s currently on your mind—or come to contribute your thoughts and discover new perspectives. Even if your specific topic isn’t discussed, you’ll still benefit, since many challenges are similar, and new perspectives often shed light on your own questions as well.

🌿Format (every Tuesday in May):

1. Presentation of your topics and joint selection

2. Method tailored to your topic: ideation formats, solution formats, feedback formats, etc.

3. Takeaways & Wrap-up

This format is part of Flow-to-Grow Week, which offers a suitable format for you every day.
