Build Your Business Without Burning Out
In the organizer's words:
This outdoor workshop is designed for female founders and aspiring female entrepreneurs who want to understand how biological factors—such as stress, sleep, and energy balance—influence their daily performance, decision-making, and resilience in the startup context.
Drawing on scientific findings from biology and cognitive research, the workshop leader—a molecular biologist with experience in the diagnostics and healthcare sectors—explains key mechanisms of human performance. The focus is not on wellness, but on how to sustain high performance under real-world entrepreneurial conditions.
Participants will learn:
- How chronic stress affects decision-making ability and creativity
- Why sleep is a key factor in cognitive performance and risk assessment
- How energy balance and stress thresholds are biologically regulated
- Which early warning signs of burnout are often overlooked
- Which evidence-based strategies can be directly implemented in the day-to-day life of a founder
The workshop combines brief scientific insights with a guided walking format, in which participants can immediately reflect on the content and explore it further through peer discussions. The movement-based structure creates an informal space for exchange, networking, and honest conversations about the challenges of entrepreneurship.
The goal is to provide female founders with a realistic understanding of their own performance architecture and to equip them with the tools they need to build a business while staying healthy, focused, and productive in the long term.
