The show “Purely Business” premiered in March 2023. It’s now polished, fast-paced, and well-rounded. Although Reber’s cabaret is never really “current”—but is usually far ahead of its time—we should always keep an eye on it. And before the next premiere, let’s take a look back at the track record, because it’s quite impressive.
After a chaotic premiere in Vienna, political upheavals, resignations, a world premiere at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, and a magnificent tour through Austria and Germany, Reber has refined, upcycled, and playfully distilled his business musings.
