On the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf-Hamm, we practise meditation and mindfulness practices in the open air - as a conscious break from everyday life, screens and constant functioning.

What you can expect:

🌺 Mindfulness and meditation in nature on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf-Hamm - as a beneficial balance to everyday digital life

🐚 We use what nature has to offer: the sound of the Rhine as an anchor for our attention, the sand under our feet as a way back into our bodies, the sky above us as an invitation to let go of our heads.

🌊 Every session is different because nature is different: sometimes we start with a mindful walk by the water. Sometimes we immediately come to rest in the meadow.

🐞 You will be guided. I lead the group through meditations while walking, sitting or moving (e.g. barefoot meditation, sensory walk, connecting with the 4 elements, nature yoga, metta meditation, gratitude meditation)

🌸 You do not need any previous knowledge of mindfulness or meditation.

If it rains, the course will still take place - we will adapt to nature. There will only be an alternative date in the event of thunderstorms or storms.

Sitting pads are provided - but you are also welcome to bring your own blanket.
