We believe that serenity as a mom doesn’t come from doing even more. It comes when we feel connected, understood, and equipped with knowledge that truly helps us in our daily lives. 

That’s why we’re creating a space for what often gets neglected:

This week’s topic: How does stress affect me?

For many moms, stress is part of everyday life. But how does it actually affect our bodies and minds? How can we tell if we’re under constant strain? And what factors increase stress and mental load? 😮‍💨

In a brief expert talk by our speaker, you’ll also learn some initial strategies for greater awareness and serenity in your daily life as a mom.
