Hessen Burlesque Festival 2027 – Premiere at the thalhaus Theater in Wiesbaden

On June 18 and 19, 2027, the first international Hessen Burlesque Festival will celebrate its premiere at the thalhaus Theater in Wiesbaden.

Over two exclusive festival evenings, an international lineup of burlesque artists will present unique live acts blending theater, dance, glamour, humor, and personal expression.

Burlesque combines modern performance art with creativity, body positivity, and artistic freedom. The festival brings this diversity to life through unique live performances.

The Hessen Burlesque Festival marks the first event of its kind in Wiesbaden.

It is driven by a close connection to the scene, the artists, and the audience. Open to all genders and anyone curious about burlesque as a contemporary performing art.

With only 90 seats per evening, the festival creates a deliberately intimate theater atmosphere that brings the audience especially close to the stage.

The festival is initiated by Rosi Rabbit and Florian The Brain. With The Burlesque Bohème, they have created a platform for burlesque art, community, and creative exchange in the Rhine-Main region and have been actively shaping the scene for years with shows, workshops, and events.
