privates Soundbath - für dich allein oder als Gruppe
Das sagt der/die Veranstalter:in:
Ein Sound Bath ist eine Möglichkeit, bewusst aus dem Alltag auszusteigen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Gerade in einem geschützten Rahmen fällt es oft leichter, loszulassen und den Kopf ruhiger werden zu lassen. Der Fokus liegt nicht auf Tun, sondern darauf, einfach da zu sein und dem Körper Raum zu geben, herunterzufahren.
Während eines Sound Baths liegst du entspannt und wirst von verschiedenen Klängen begleitet.
Ich arbeite mit Instrumenten wie Klangschalen, Trommel, Koshi, Chimes und auf Wunsch auch mit Gongs. Die Schwingungen wirken direkt über den Körper und können das Nervensystem dabei unterstützen, aus einem angespannten Zustand in mehr Ruhe zu wechseln.
