EARTH MY BODY

Explore with us the grounds on which we live and the landscapes of our beings. 
This workshop is an invitation to honor and move your body as part of an alive earth and to relate to it in remembrance of its connection to the web of life. 

We will use improvised and choreographed dance elements as mediums to help those expressions emerge, that are already in your body. No prior dance experience is needed.

WEAVING DANCE workshops aim to create room for connection - to yourself, your body, your individual expression and to each other, as we journey together through 4 hours of dance, rhythm, playing, experimenting and sharing.
