• Encounters & community without pressure: Experience moderated offline connecting events like the legendary “MEETwoch.” Thanks to a deliberate “no-job” policy, the pressure to prove yourself stays outside—instead, you’ll get to know people from your neighborhood in a relaxed and authentic way. A feminist book club is also waiting for you.

• Growth & Empowerment: Led by a certified IHK business coach, we offer empowering group coaching sessions and creative workshops on topics such as mental health, personal development, and intersectional feminism.

• Culture & Relaxation: In the evening, the studio transforms into a cozy venue for intimate readings, engaging talks, or art-house movie nights. During the day, you can simply switch off completely and take a deep breath during the “Quiet Lunch Break.”
