The circular cinema lives up to its name, as its floor plan is a circle 50 meters in diameter. With this striking shape, the Cineplex cinema is visible from afar. Its 7 auditoriums offer space for a total of 1,442 visitors. The large auditorium (Cinema 1) has almost 900 seats. At over 9 meters high and 21 meters wide, it also has the largest cinema screen in Saxony. The technical equipment in the large auditorium, which is state-of-the-art with digital projection technology in HFR and 3D as well as multidimensional Dolby Digital 7.1 sound, ensures perfect movie enjoyment.

The varied program also promises a special experience. Whether as a couple, alone or in a group: everyone will find a new favorite film at the Cineplex in Dresden and the schedule also offers a large selection of children's films for families. Our live broadcasts of opera, theater and ballet performances, for example from the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, the National Theatre in London and - exclusively - from the Metropolitan Opera in New York, are very popular.
