The Hannover Historical Museum is undergoing renovation and extensive refurbishment. The Hannover Kiosk is a modern, open, and inviting temporary museum. It serves as an exhibition space, a forum for discussion, a venue for families and children’s birthday parties, a meeting place, a learning center on topics related to Hannover’s past, present, and future—or simply a place to take a breather amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Together with the people of Hannover, the city museum of the future is being tested here.

The exhibition “Our Hanover: Black Stories” will be on view through November 22, 2026.
