In the organizer's words:
We’ll meet at Nordstrand, right in the middle between Hacienda and Strandblick, under the big tree. Turn left after the lock and head straight for it.
Yoga on the beach is wonderful—the gentle breeze on your skin, the water so close by... We’ll practice yoga with asanas, relaxation, and breathing exercises. It’s about stretching and strengthening, as well as tuning in to your body, pausing, and finding peace.
