Wurzelwerk - Eine betrachtende Mystik: Unterscheidung der Geister - Ignatius von Loyola
In the organizer's words:
"The Ignatian Exercises are [...] a logic of existential decision in which the uniqueness of the individual human being and the uniqueness of God's will break through beyond all mere normativity of general principles. From his freedom in God and from God himself, man returns to the concrete decision, to the concrete task and deed in this world, he participates in the creative and redemptive descent of God's love for his world, in order to find God not only in his wisdom-less incomprehensibility alone, but in everything." (Karl Rahner)
On this evening, we will look at excerpts from the "Spiritual Exercises" in order to draw from the mystical depths and relate them to our concrete decisions in everyday life.
