Opening Lecture with Qu Chang
This introduction and autobiographical narrative by the program’s curator, Qu Chang, moves between different bodies, boundaries, and love stories, raising a series of questions and points of departure for engaging with*L is for the Way You Look at Me*in 2026. If the body is not a fixed territory with clearly defined contours, but rather something that changes, expands, and intertwines, where does a body end? Could we postulate an expanded version of the self and of intersubjective intertwining that we call “love”?
