Weiter denken: Bundesaußenminister a.D. Sigmar Gabriel beim HAZ-Talk in der Oper
In the organizer's words:
Global crises, climate change, AI and digitalization, social inequalities and threats to democracy, demographic change, and rising loneliness and individualization: These are the issues that matter to people. We listen to what the brightest minds have to say and discuss these issues with them. Editor-in-Chief Dany Schrader and her team at the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung invite guests from the worlds of politics, academia, and culture to the Marschnersaal on an irregular basis. We listen. We ask questions. Whether it’s productive debate or thoughtful reflection, an entertaining exchange of views, or a bold look into the future of our society: Let’s engage in dialogue together and think ahead!
How is the relationship between Germany and the United States evolving? How can one engage in a genuine dialogue with a president like Donald Trump? How are state and local elections changing Germany? And how is the SPD actually faring? Following former Federal President Christian Wulff, former Federal Foreign Minister, Vice Chancellor, and long-time SPD Chairman Sigmar Gabriel will now join the HAZ Talk at the opera house. Gabriel is also chairman of the Atlantik-Brücke, where he advocates for a strong democracy, global stability, and economic growth. How is this advocacy faring in these turbulent times? The talk will provide a space for open discussion. Join the conversation!
