Many people work hard and are diligent, yet still experience disappointment and a sense of lack in their lives—whether in their bank accounts, their careers, their relationships, or their physical well-being—and judge themselves for it. Every person possesses within themselves the power to create a fulfilling and successful life in a healthy body, one characterized by joy, abundance, and ease. 

What manifests in our outer lives is a mirror of our inner world. We create from the inside out through the quality of our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, which we usually send out into the world unconsciously, thereby creating unwanted circumstances in our external reality. This lecture uses many examples to show how we can create true and lasting success and a fulfilling life, regardless of our age.
