(Outdoor) Vinyasa Yoga @Villa Humboldt

In the organizer's words:

IMPORTANT: Please bring your own yoga mat (or alternatively a large towel/blanket) for the classes. In case of bad weather, the class will take place indoors.

SPECIAL LOCATION: Villa Humboldt(Humboldtstraße 12, 70178 Stuttgart)

In our Vinyasa class, you can expect a Vinyasa flow that offers the perfect balance of strength and relaxation. We combine stretching and opening postures to create dynamic, powerful and lively flows.

Weather permitting, the class takes place outdoors at Villa Humboldt on the 1st floor. The area can be reached via the signposted side entrance, which leads to the 1st floor via the garden.
