Vernissage: Conditions Of Seeing

Dear friends of the gallery, dear art lovers,

“Some works of art are not fully understood at first glance—but rather through the resonance they leave within us.”

The IAB Gallery cordially invites you to the opening of the exhibition “Conditions of Seeing” by artist Jens Mennicke.

With selected works from his “Resonances” series, Jens Mennicke creates pictorial spaces in which light, color, and space become active components of perception. His works change with every angle of view, with the incidence of light, and with the viewer’s distance—revealing that seeing is never a static process.

“Conditions of Seeing” is an invitation to take your time—to see, to discover, and to experience the moment when art doesn’t need to be explained but begins to resonate with us.
