In the organizer's words:
Behind the band's name lies a quartet of four exquisite Berlin jazz musicians. The master drummer is at home in both jazz and swing. He has also made a name for himself as a blues and boogie-woogie accompanist. They play modern swing, hard bop, cool jazz, Brazilian and funky soul jazz in a mixture of American songbook titles and the band musicians' own compositions.
