In the organizer's words:
Tomás Saraceno combines art, architecture, and science to envision possible eco-social futures. The exhibition “Interwoven Worlds” at the Haus der Kunst presents his key research projects, Aerocene and Arachnophilia, as well as a new commissioned work developed in collaboration with Indigenous communities from Las Salinas Grandes in northern Argentina. Their ongoing struggle against lithium mining and the resulting disruption of the region’s vital water cycles form the starting point for a work of art that extends beyond the boundaries of the exhibition space.
