Tom Harrington is an indie-folk artist who grew up on a rural farm in Victoria before falling in love with coastal life. He uses live vocal looping to create a larger-than-life sound while still remaining present and fluid—to a degree rarely seen among other indie-folk artists. His rural upbringing is reflected in the country-inspired elements of his captivating and raw storytelling, combined with the musicality of emotive folk music.

Over the past few years, he has carved out a reputable place in the Australian music scene, supporting acts like Boy & Bear, Ziggy Alberts, Bears Den (UK), The Dreggs, and Kim Churchill, and leaving his mark on the stages of Byron Bluesfest, Gympie Music Muster, and Airlie Beach Music Festival. His 2023 victory at the Sunshine Coast’s Battle of the Buskers cemented his talent within the indie-folk community, and tracks like “Seen The Sun” and “Be There Soon” have since been streamed in over 150 countries.

Whether it’s confessions by candlelight or belting out songs under festival lights, Harrington brings a heartfelt honesty and crowd interaction that forges a genuine connection with every listener.
