With his tour bus converted into a camper, Braunschweig-born singer-songwriter and loop artist Timo Pankau is on a major EU concert tour, just like every year.
After three years in Australia, Timo has developed his own sound, blending indie folk, roots, surf culture, and acoustic one-man-band performances.
Armed only with his guitar, voice, loop station, percussion, and didgeridoo, Timo creates the sound of an entire band live on stage: polyphonic vocal harmonies, beats, and atmospheric soundscapes.
After stops in Portugal, Spain, and France, he’s now bringing his songs back to his hometown and once again to DAS KULT.
The concert marks the start of the German leg of his summer tour, before Timo heads straight for the coast.
The result is a concert evening blending intimate songs, energetic live performance, a sense of new beginnings, and wanderlust.
