Welcome to my sanctuary in southern Leipzig. Here, you can find peace, let go, and recharge your energy.
My Shiatsu treatment is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and give your body the attention it deserves.
Shiatsuis a gentle form of bodywork that helps you reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and restore your balance.
Each session is accompanied by pleasant scents, soothing sounds, and warm tea, creating a holistic experience for all your senses. Here you can learn all about the 1.5-hour session—from the foot bath to the closing conversation over tea.

Very often, we try to solve our problems through our minds. Working with the body offers a different—and often more helpful—approach.
Sei-ki is a wonderful form of touch that helps you connect with your unconscious, stimulate self-regulation, and find solutions through your own self-awareness. It is a very subtle, intuitive form of bodywork rooted in the Shiatsu tradition. The focus is not on treating a symptom, but on perceiving and accompanying what is alive within you. Through mindful touch and a present, attentive presence, your system can reconnect with its natural movement.
