For this edition of THE PAVEMENT CLUB, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., we’re welcoming the pioneer of sidewalk DJing: SAENDER MARIA! Spritz, sour, and sunset—though this time we’re paying special attention to the Aperol Sour. As a special treat, we’re setting up our DinoSOUR 2000 right next to the DJ! The shaker robot will whip up a huge batch of Sours for you!
