The Petersbogen shines in gloomy splendor

Once again this year, the Petersbogen welcomes all visitors to the 33rd Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig. On May 22 and 23, 2026, you can expect a unique event with rousing music, lots of creativity and a unique flair!

A program for young and old

Discover our Dark Market with various creative exhibitors: fortune teller and fortune teller, henna art, alchemist with a curious head rotation, black photo art stand, jewelry and jewels and much more.

Unique costume show with moderation and performance in the large foyer and on the escalators. On Friday and Saturday from 3 pm and 5 pm.

Experience the atmospheric post-punk band The Cure Effekt (Friday at 2 pm, Saturday at 2 pm and 4 pm) and the cosmic new wave band Alien-Ghost (Friday at 12 pm and 4 pm, Saturday at 12 pm) on the stage in the entrance area on Petersstraße.

Our little guests are also well catered for! Face painting, balloons, arts and crafts with buttons and masks as well as black cotton candy. Friday from 2 to 6 pm and Saturday from 12 to 6 pm.

Open workshops in the Passage: You can get creative and design - under expert guidance you can make your own flower wreath hair decoration or learn the art of embroidery. Just drop by spontaneously on Friday and Saturday from 12 to 5 pm and take part! (Contribution towards expenses depending on material consumption).

TwoElements combines spectacular fire juggling with water, soap bubbles and fog effects to create a unique picture of light and shadow. Friday from 9 pm on the Burgplatz. **

As the grand finale, the Berlin show company LOOOOP will illuminate the Petersbogen in colorful lights with a spectacular LED show on the Burgplatz on Saturday from 9 pm!
