On 18.07. be°bubbly will be particularly sparkling:
We are looking forward to a visit from Dennis Serbes, cellar master from Wein & Sektgut Barth.
On this evening, everything will revolve around the sparkling wines of this traditional house from the Rheingau. Together we will taste selected bottles and immerse ourselves in the world of the finest perlage, craftsmanship and origin.
But that's not all:
Dennis will also bring along real Sabrage sabres and demonstrate live how to open a bottle of sparkling wine in proper style with a sabre. In a small workshop, there will be exciting insights into the art of sabering - including tips, technique and, of course, a good portion of a great atmosphere.
An evening for all those who not only want to drink sparkling wine, but also experience it.
The tasting takes place from 6 people.
