Studio Trafique: LOST

In a supposedly free and democratic society, three women navigate a system that promises inclusion while simultaneously producing exclusion. Amineh 1 is considered professionally successful and conforms to societal expectations. Yet her decisions are shaped by silent concessions that usually remain invisible. Amineh 2 is fleeing a repressive regime and finds no space here, nor any of the support to which she would be entitled. Amineh 3 tries to find her own path between external expectations and inner desires but is thwarted by violent forms of censorship.

Together, they stumble through a Kafkaesque world in which rules are asserted but never explained—and in which power is constantly celebrated. Their experiences of loss and failure coalesce into a female perspective on a dysfunctional social system in which freedom becomes an empty phrase.
