Heike (59) works as a facility manager in building cleaning and mediates between customers, company management and cleaning staff on a daily basis. After she tries to poach an unofficial worker from an important subcontractor, contrary to the regulations, the subcontractor threatens to stop providing support unless he receives more hours and turnover. In order to meet these demands, Heike finds herself increasingly caught between her responsibility to her own employees and the conditions of the low-wage sector.
