SPAZIERGANG CLUB - AD(H)S EDITION

Did you miss the last SPAZIERGANG CLUB because you showed up a day late? No problem—that could happen to me, too.

Hey, I’m Janina. I work at Rausgegangen and was diagnosed with ADHD in 2024. That’s why I’m launching the Spaziergang Club’s ADHD Edition with Rausgegangen.

This is the place for you if you have an ADHD diagnosis, suspect you might have ADHD, or know someone who has been diagnosed and you’d like to talk about it—everyone is welcome. We’ll meet on July 22 at 6:00 p.m. in front of Colonius, stroll together through the Grüngürtel, and end up on the big lawn in the Volksgarten.

Mark the date on your calendar right now so you’ll definitely be there this time! 

No rush. No pressure. No registration, no fee, no stress. Just show up on time (as close to on time as you can manage). You’re also welcome to join us along the way.
