Sommerfest I Timcheh x NF

Day Two of the joint summer festival hosted by Timcheh and Niehler Freiheit.
Today there will be dance music and homemade Afghan-Persian cuisine.
We’ll kick things off with the Digital Rights Catalyst workshop.

Music and Food (Starting at 6:00 p.m.)
We invite you to a music program curated by Timcheh, featuring rare grooves and eclectic sounds that will keep you dancing into the night. Our crew will also be serving Afghan-Persian fusion cuisine until 10:00 p.m.

Workshop (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Digital Rights Catalyst is a community gathering and open discussion about digital rights. We want to bring together people who care about this issue and see what kind of community could grow from it here in Cologne. To kick things off, Navid Razavi and Mohsen Jadidi will provide a brief overview of current developments at the intersection of civil rights, academia, and the arts. Afterward, we’ll work together to figure out what Cologne actually needs and which initiatives and ideas would make sense here. No prior knowledge is necessary—just curiosity.
