🧡 Sizeless Sports Club – Free Parent-Child Exercise Program 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our Sizeless Sports Club is all about exercise, play, and fun for parents and kids together! 🎉 Whether you’re a mom, dad, grandma, or grandpa—all parents and caregivers of any age are warmly invited to get active with their children (ages 4–8).

We meet Monday through Friday from 4 to 5 p.m. ⏰ and start and end together at our store at Berrenrather Straße 183 📍. From there, we head out into the fresh air 🌳☀️—with little games, an obstacle course, and lots of fun for the whole family.

It’s not about performance or perfection, but simply about spending quality time together, getting active, and getting to know other families in the neighborhood 🤝.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who:Parents (of all ages) with children between the ages of 4 and 8
