SCHmetterliedis a staged concert by the ensemble I Transiti that blends music theater, performance, and live electronics.
Drawing on Puccini’s*Madame Butterfly*and contemporary music, the piece creates a poetic collage exploring cultural projections, memory, and communication between Japan and Italy.
Trombone, piano, voice, and electronic soundscapes interweave to form a multi-layered music theater piece about transformation, otherness, and encounter.
