Our Friday Dance Lab takes place (almost) every Friday in Cologne!

Alternating between salsa and bachata

Schedule

• ​ 7:00 p.m. Introductory class (45 min)
• ​ 8:00–9:00 p.m. Workshop
•  9:00–10:00 p.m. Practice Hour (=open dance)

Admission (cash on site):
​Introductory class: 7€ (students: 5€)
​Workshop: 15€ including Practice Hour (students/members: 10€)
Everything (= Introductory Class + Workshop + Practice Hour) total: 17€

No registration or dance partner required—just drop by.

Workshop Topics (8:00 p.m.):

▶️ Fri, July 10, 2026: Salsa Cuban Motion Workshop with Sebastian: Cuban Motion Workshop with Sebastian (Open Level): How do I move my hips? What does the upper body do? We’ll learn and refine the body movements typical of salsa (and bachata) so we can shine on the dance floor. No partner is needed to participate—we’ll be dancing solo.

▶️ Fri, July 17, 2026: Salsa Ladies’ Styling withNina: We’ll learn a cool little choreography with arm styling and body movement! Suitable for Level 2 and up—meaning you should have a reasonably solid grasp of the basic steps, rhythm, and right/left turns :)

▶️ Fri, July 24, 2026 Workshop: How to Move Your Hips! With Dirk. Open level, no partner required (we’ll be dancing solo). 9–10 p.m. Bachata Practice Hour
